The main role of the Communication Manager is to drive our communication strategy to enhance our people experience in their KPMG Journey.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Formulate communication and engagement strategy with a focus on culture and leadership
  • Play a strategic role in ‘inbound and outbound marketing’ on people experience, from experience design to user engagement
  • Design integrated communication and engagement plans and implement impactful projects with solid methodology, timeline, concrete deliverables and measurements
  • Design solutions to strengthen communication and engagement impact
  • Coordinate and collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to optimise results


Requirements and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in large MNCs in corporate branding, communication or marketing role with relevant educational background
  • Strong passion in corporate culture, human behaviour and employee engagement
  • Excellent knowledge of communication and engagement methodology, with strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, inquisitive, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong at collaborating with a diverse team
