The successful candidate for this role will take responsibility for developing and implementing an effective digital marketing and branding strategy that enhances the image of KPMG and helps to drive our business. This person will need a sound understanding of the financial environment and business issues of KPMG. In addition to outstanding digital marketing project management skills, the person ideally will also have prior experience with social media platforms, practices and protocols from a corporate perspective.

This person will support the firm’s China and Hong Kong offices and report to the Head of Branding and Communications.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate monthly digital marketing agenda to align with the firm’s global marketing and branding strategy.
  • Design, drive and manage digital marketing and branding activation projects with innovative strategic focus in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Liaise and work with key stakeholders and senior executives across business units, internally and externally with collaborative approach and team mind-set to integrate branding communication and marketing tactics into their business.
  • Understanding of social media best practices and standards; working knowledge of graphic design, web interface.
  • Demonstrated capabilities to develop and implement a sophisticated communications strategy for the firm which reflects the culture, brand, and global nature of the businesses.
  • Support on creating and managing marketing and branding content ensure that information is up to date and relevant for our target audiences, including monitoring of brand terms and identify issues as necessary.
  • Monitor, review and report on the performance of marketing and branding campaigns and develop a dashboard for regular reporting.
  • Work closely with KPMG’s Global Marketing Team and ensure activities are in line with their guidelines and best practice as well as planning and implementation of digital marketing projects.

 

Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing and branding project management including the creation of content and strategies, ideally obtained within a large financial services or consulting organization
  • Ability to think innovatively, with a digital-savvy mindset
  • Experience in social media marketing management is a plus
  • A high standard in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to work independently with strong communication skill to interact with all levels of people
  • Experience in working across borders (particularly in Asia), and cultures is a plus
